Our Story
Started in 2020 with a simple idea... Kindness is the way we come together and transform how we thrive in a diverse world. We believe kind work cultures AND positive financial performances are not mutually exclusive. Connecting empathy, psychological safety, and cognitive diversity are the foundations for engaging people, creating customer advocates and staying competitive in the marketplace.

Shaunte’ Kinch, MS - Empact Global
With over 20 years of design and problem solving experience I run towards challenges and believe that anything is possible. My superpower is tackling large complex issues and breaking them down into manageable and understandable pieces. I help make people, processes and places better. In addition to being a seasoned problem solver, I’m an expert facilitator, translator of strategy to action and solutionist. I have broad experience spanning healthcare, aerospace, defense, government and manufacturing.
I have a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, and certificates in lean practice, project management, systems engineering and entrepreneurship. I’m the founder and principal of Empact Global, where empathy and innovation solve problems through collaboration. A self-proclaimed global citizen, I love to travel and believe that life’s greatest lessons come through experiencing other cultures. I live in North Carolina with my husband, three children, four dogs and 7 fish.
