With nearly two decades of experience, I help organizations transform their cultures into employee and customer-centric businesses that deliver value with every encounter in a kind way. Using my superpower of emotional intelligence, I excel in developing and executing strategy through relationship building and engaging, energizing and mentoring talent. I place high value on listening, empathizing, and connecting with a diverse group of people. This is what makes me a great mentor and strategic executor. Simply put, I make leaders better. My life philosophy is progress over perfection and know that some of the best lessons come when you fail. So, I focus on failing fast, learning, and progressing forward.
Rachael Gass, MS, CPC, BCC, PMP LEADERSHIP & CULTURE CONSULTANT
Rachael spent 20 years working in Healthcare, IT, and Finance for companies including Kaiser Permanente, Perot Systems, and Unisys. I have led initiatives involving large stakeholder groups for infrastructure migrations, new application adoption and complex multi-system upgrades. My corporate experience enables me to deeply understand a client’s challenges and the complexities of being a leader within large organizations. I am a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) and hold a certification in Leadership Coaching, CPC, from the College of Executive Coaching ® (ICF accredited). Additionally, I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and utilize Myers Briggs Type Indicator ®, The Predictive Index ®(PI) and Emotional Intelligence 2.0 (EQi ®) assessments to support my clients. I am a proud mama, wife, and friend living in Central Oregon.
Jason Goldberg, MBA BUSINESS ACCELERATION. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT. PEOPLE OPERATIONS
Jason Goldberg is the Managing Principal of Elevate Business Solutions, LLC where serves as a business advisor and executive coach to small and mid-sized enterprises. With his prior experience leading large and complex organizations, Jason has developed expertise in Strategic and Growth Planning, Leadership Development, Organizational Design, and Performance Improvement & Optimization. Jason attained his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology as well as a Master of Business Administration from Emory University. Following his undergraduate studies, Jason joined Delta Air Lines as an airframe structures engineer. He went on to lead multiple engineering and planning divisions within Technical Operations - Maintenance Services. Following a successful career at Delta Air Lines, Jason joined Ingersoll Rand within the Club Car Business Unit as a member of the executive leadership team. During his tenure, he led Corporate Strategy & Product Development, Global Services, and finally led Global Marketing & Product Management. During his professional career, Jason has had the opportunity to work and travel extensively across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. Jason is a FocalPoint International certified business and executive coach and leverages his global and professional experiences within both the public and private sector to serve the clients of Elevate Business Solutions.
