Five Important Steps to Reach Your Goals

  1. Write them down. When you take the time to think through and write your goals down, it makes them more realistic.

  2. Set weekly actions. Determine what you want (and can) accomplish each week. Remember its progress, not perfection.

  3. Celebrate. Keep track. A win is a win. Whether you were able to get what you wanted accomplished or know why you didn’t, it’s a victory.

  4. Express gratitude. Continuously be grateful for where you are and where you are going.

  5. Be kind to yourself. Fall in love in the process and what you get to learn throughout. The success will come, but the journey is what counts. Enjoy it!
