2. No Refunds or Exchanges
We have a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our services. This applies regardless of the circumstance or reason for the request.
3. Reasons for No Refund Policy
Our coaching/training services require significant time, effort, and resources to deliver. We schedule our team's time based on the commitments we receive from our clients. When a client signs up, we reserve a slot for them and turn away other potential clients. As such, refunding fees would result in a loss for our business.
4. Scenarios Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Client dissatisfaction with the service provided
Client's inability to attend sessions due to personal reasons
Client's decision to terminate the contract before the end of the agreed-upon period
5. Alternative Solutions
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with the service you received, please reach out to us. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a suitable solution, which may include additional coaching/training sessions or adjustments to your coaching plan.
Please note, however, that these solutions do not constitute a refund or exchange and are offered solely at our discretion.
